Bath & Body Works Debuts Recycled Plastic Packaging for Hand Soaps

Select personal care products also will feature natural ingredients.

It’s a natural direction. Starting on July 3, all hand soaps at Bath & Body Works will now be made without parabens, sulfates or dyes, said the company.

The products will include natural essential oils, vitamin E, shea extract and aloe.

In regards to packaging, the hand soaps will also now be available in bottles made with at least 50% recycled plastic.

Gentle & Clean Foaming Hand Soap Refills

Leading the green packaging initiative at Bath & Body Works are new Gentle & Clean Foaming Hand Soap Refills – each 32-ounce recyclable carton contains enough to refill 3.6 bottles and will be available in fan-favorite fragrances like Kitchen Lemon, Mahogany Teakwood, Champagne Toast and more.

According to the company, consumers can pair the carton with a brand-new Reusable Hand Soap Dispenser to pare down on plastic even more.
